Process Overview:

1. Upon receiving your form, we will email it back to you for verification and final approval.
2. After your approval, #RISpro will implement the necessary changes.
3. Once the changes are executed, we will confirm via your registered email or the XIS group.

• Changes will take effect from the next trading day.
• If you do not receive an email view on website within one business day, please contact our customer care.
